What you can expect to achieve

Inch Loss, Toning & Re-Shaping

Fitness Camp Ireland incorporates a wide range of uniquely designed female-specific resistance training methods with interval training to enable you to get the maximum benefit from your exercise sessions.

Interval training is proven to burn fat 9 times more efficiently than regular training. Combining this method of exercise with our intelligently applied system will transform your shape in a matter of weeks. Studies proving the effectiveness of this training combination can be found in our resources section.

Participants tone-up everywhere, and weight loss response to training varies. Just as all women put on weight differently, some will also lose it in certain places faster than others. Nonetheless, the average participant loses 10-12 inches (measurements taken from chest, waist, hips, arm & thigh). Top loser to date lost 21 inches in just five weeks! Top overall loser dropped from a size 14 to a size 8 over three camps ( 3-4 months).

Results are achieved in a healthy and sustainable way, boosting your metabolism instead of lowering it.

Improved Fitness

A thorough fitness test is conducted at the beginning and end of every camp, enabling participants to see exactly how much they have progressed over the course. All aspects of fitness are assessed including the following.

  • Balance

Without exception participants see improvements in every component of fitness.

Meet New People

Participants range in age from sixteen to sixty plus, and from the long-term lazy to the super fit. The unique training atmosphere at the camps is in part due to the wide variety in ages and backgrounds, but more so due to the amount of interaction between participants during different sessions.

You will find yourself working alongside new people in every class – so don’t be afraid to join up alone. There is a strong social element to the course, including prize nights and running groups – so many participants meet new friends and future training partners.

Enjoyable Exercise

Every session is structured differently and includes different exercises every night, meaning you never know what to expect. The variety means you can never get bored and keeps participants highly motivated.

You will find that the classes fly by. Many exercise-haters find that they are enjoying exercise for the first time.

Who are the camps for?

Sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and at all times participants are encouraged to work to their own ability. No matter what your fitness level starting the programme, you will be challenged and motivated.

The training is not intimidating or complex – it is simple and fast, and can be modified according to your specific requirements.

Schedule 

Each session runs for an hour and the structure of the class is always different. You are advised to arrive five minutes before class, as the trainer will always begin the session brief at the scheduled start time – and it is important not to miss each session introduction.

  • Five week camp : three sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Six week camp :  two sessions per week (Tuesday, Thursday)

Both camp programmes are equally as effective in terms of results. If you need to mix and match the days/venues you attend, it can be organised to fit around your schedule.

What is involved?

Exercise

The content is highly varied mixing aerobic work, resistance training, flexibility and core work with specially designed arm and leg toning sequences.

Every session is different and graded to suit all fitness levels. The most effective training techniques are employed to yield fast results in a safe, healthy & sustainable way.

Also Included

At registration participants will be given a Fitness Camp Ireland comprehensive Fitness & Health Guide. This includes essential information for optimising performance,  extra training programmes, injury prevention advice and an overview of different training methods. The nutrition segment includes advice on meal planning, healthy eating tips, dietary behavior assessments and crucial tips on eating to promote recovery post-training.  

There are regular spot prizes for participants putting in a big effort, vouchers for participants with the highest Inch Loss at the end of the camp, and social nights out organised every six weeks. Fitness Camp Ireland also facilitates the setting up of beginner jogging groups and encourages participants in entering teams into charity runs.

This programme is open to everyone. Challenges are hosted in the region every weekend. These challenges provide motivation and support in furthering fitness goals. The programee includes;

  • Suitable for all fitness levels – compete against others OR just compete against yourself!
  • Personal Challenge Pack
  • Top scores online

Basic Fitness Camp package: €129

This includes one full fitness camp, a free Fitness & Health Guide, access to challenges & jogging group for the duration of the fitness camp.

NEW Fitness Camp plus : €179

This new programme is designed to provide ongoing support & motivation for one year. In addition to a fitness camp it includes-

€30 Registration (personal challenge pack)
