What to Expect
Registrations are friendly and a great opportunity tofind out more about the fitness camps in a relaxed atmosphere.
At registration you will be given a copy of our Fitness & Health Guide, which includes information on nutrition, training tips, motivation & mind-set and a whole lot more. There are also weekly meal plans included and lots of advice on health & wellbeing.
Registration also involves;
- Completing a registration form
- Brief health history
- Baseline measurements from five sites (not compulsory)
- Given a Health & Safety Checklist to return to trainer on your first night.
- Select course package & full payment of fee.
