Fitness Camp Ireland is the first provider of specialist boot camps for women in the country. We have been developing our expertise in female fitness for the past six years.

Our Programme

Our programme effictively combines resistance and interval training to achieve results fast. Resistance training plays a crucial role in re-shaping the body and improving muscle tone. It is essential that this type of training is designed intelligently in order to achieve the desired results.

Our Goal

Our goal is to teach participants how to achieve a firm appearance without bulking, accentuating curves to look fit but feminine. Military-style unisex boot camps will no doubt improve fitness and help with weight-loss, but to re-shape the body to look toned and curvy, gender specific training is necessary.

In addition we aim to bring Irish women all the benefits of bootcamp training without having to endure the hardship of outdoor conditions. Fitness Camp Ireland sessions are held indoors, so weather is never a deterrent!

Participants are encouraged, motivated and inspired in a unique and highly effective way. Instructors are supportive and patient, at all times working you to the best of your ability.

We also aim to provide you with a truly holistic vision of health. Our Health & Fitness guide includes all of the latest concepts in nutrition and exercise to achieve optimal health.

How we started

The idea was first conceived by camp coordinator and personal trainer, Sarah Keane. Inspired by the lack of affordable instruction on how to use weights, and the desire to break the ‘running rut’ she found herself in, Sarah designed and ran her first female-only fitness camp to great success.

Since 2006, the overwhelming positive feedback from the camps has led to the development of Fitness Camp Ireland and the highly effective training programme which has evolved.

In six years over 900 women have trained with Fitness Camp Ireland and you can read about some of their experiences on the Testimonials pages.
