Who are these camps designed for?
These camps are suitable for men of all ages and all fitness levels.
They are ideally geared for men who have no sports and want to get fit/ change their training regimen… there is no age limit!
At all times participants work to their own ability. Some injuries/conditions can be accommodated as long as participants have been given medical clearance to partake in the exercise programme.
The programme is designed by Sport Scientists and experts in men’s health to promote effective weight loss & improve on all components of fitness.
The camps include extra training programmes for men who want to focus on bulking-up & strength training.
What is involved?
These classes incorporate a mix of interval training, CORE work, body weight exercises and strength training.
The classes are designed for the male physique and include a mix of both military-style training & underground strength techniques.
Sessions last for 1 hour and are held indoors & outdoors.
6 Week Camps – Tues & Thurs nights.
5 Week Camps – Mon,Wed & Fri
Fitness testing on the first night is repeated at the end of each camp – giving an overview on all components of fitness.
Participants also have access to weekend challenges held at different locations in the locality.
Where are classes being held?
Sessions will run in venues across the Midlands – starting in Portarlington & Tullamore, September 2011.
